I loved this property - nicely appointed and exceptional hotel.

The property was clean and staff was professional and very responsive. The room was huge, beautifully decorated and complete with three beds and nice view, as example. The food was excellent - a great selection of options. The hotel had a PERFECT location near King. It also was near landmarks in Yokohama. That was what I call enjoyable base for celebrating birthday.

The atmosphere created was special. I booked king room with three beds, nice view plus modern design which turned out to be a new-fashioned room. The breakfast was reasonably good, with variety of goodies.

Booked a room with breakfast. The location of this hotel near to the cruise terminal and Chinatown was best possible. Moreover, it was not too far away from Yokohama China Town Business Park.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and attentive, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient as it was close to the station, and there were many transportation options available. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the different varieties of food that were available.

There was only one minor issue we encountered during our stay - the lack of an air purifier in the room. Although we asked for one at the front desk, they were out of stock.

Best possible and comfy location for visiting restaurants and bars. Located in 10 minutes' walk from Nihon-odori metro station. Enjoyable breakfast, nicely decorated twin room.

The location was nice for me as it was near the restaurant and bar and the pier. Got Wheelchair Accessible room with nice view, modern design plus three beds as expected. My room included an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware.

This hotel offers great value for money with its beautiful rooms and delicious breakfast. The attention to detail is evident in the lovely finishes throughout the property. I especially loved the shower head that felt like it was coming from the ceiling, providing a luxurious experience.

All aspects of our stay were enjoyable.
